Thanks for your interest in joining as a Member. At Social Restored
we believe it's important for you to know your rights and responsibilities
in being a member. More than anything we want to be totally transparent
about the services we offer. Doing so we believe will ensure you
enjoy your experience with us and gain the maximum value and best
results as a member of our site. The following is the terms of
this Member Agreement between Social Restored (hereinafter referred
to as Social Restored) and any Person/Member/You/Client/Visitor
(or any person using this website and or any of the products or
services sold on or by www.socialrestored.com through the use
of this website https://www.socialrestored.com (hereinafter referred
to as Member or Members). Please review these terms
carefully before using or joining as a member of Social Restored.

INTRODUCTION
Each Member agrees to the terms and conditions contained in this
Member Agreement and this constitutes the entire and only agreement
between Social Restored and its Members, Users or any other person,
and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements,
representations, warranties and all understandings with respect
to the use of this website.
2. Limitation of Guarantee
While Social Restored endeavors to provide effective services,
we cannot guarantee a 100% success rate in unlocking suspended
Facebook accounts. Factors such as Facebook's policies, technical
issues, and the accuracy of information provided by the client
can affect the outcome. Therefore, we disclaim any implied or
express warranties regarding the success of our services.
3. Timeline and Completion
The unlocking process may take between 4 to 8 weeks to complete,
depending on various factors including but not limited to Facebook's
response times and the complexity of the case. Professional membership
clients will get priority reducing the time frame service to approximately
24 hours. In the event that the time frame exceeds 24 hours, this
could require additional time. If additional time is required
to complete the service the client agrees to any delays in the
course of rendering service. Social Restored will make reasonable
efforts to expedite the process but does not guarantee specific
timelines for completion.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information
required for the unlocking process. Social Restored relies on
the client's cooperation and compliance with instructions provided
throughout the service. Such as providing vital or key information
about the account in question needing to be unlocked. Failure
to follow instructions may result in delays or inability to complete
the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
Social Restored and its affiliates shall not be liable for any
direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
arising out of or related to the use of our services, including
but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, social or business
interruption. This limitation applies even if Social Restored
has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Third-Party Interactions
Social Restored may engage with third parties, including Facebook,
on behalf of the client to facilitate account unlocking. While
we strive to maintain professional relationships with third parties,
we are not responsible for their actions, policies, or decisions.

Service Description
Social
Restored shall be deemed to have performed its obligations under
this Agreement upon providing the following: Membership starts
with a member getting access to the Members area in the form of
a user name and password and instructions on how to access the
Members back office. The user name and password will be automatically
provided after online payment has been made. The user name and
password will be emailed to the email provided by the Member at
the time of purchase. If a user does not receive their user name
and password after making a purchase or if their username and
password is not working properly the Member should immediately
contact Social Restored via the Social Restored contact page at:
(www.SocialRestored.com/contact.htm) and let Social Restored know
so that we can remedy the problem. Social Restored Membership
and service is a combination of two very specific parts, which
herein will be known as "Part 1 and Part 2" of the service.
Part 1 and Part 2 make up the Social Restored service rendered
to Members. Part 1Full Service by Social Restored: Social Restored
will undertake efforts to unlock the client's suspended Facebook
account on their behalf. This includes performing necessary actions
and communications with Facebook to facilitate account restoration,
based on the level of membership that the member ordered. Part
2 is the Members own efforts to complete the unlocking aided by
the various tools, information, training, and resources that Social
Restored has made available to Members inside of the Members Back
Office Area of the site. In Part 2 Members will use the various
resources provided in the members back office area, including
the instructions therein located in the backoffice to complete
necessary unlocking steps which Members can only complete on their
own. Such as for example if a member needs to verify their Facebook
account according to Facebooks verification instructions. Social
Restored does not guarantee the successful completion of Part
B and is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the client's
actions during this phase. Part B will make up the majority of
the service being provided in most cases.
After
a member joins they will be given a login and password and instructions
on how to log into our back office area of the website (ie: www.socialrestored.com/login.htm).
When a Member first logs into the members area they need to complete
"Step 1" which consists of filling out a short online
form which providing details on their locked Facebook account
which is sent to Social Restored technical staff; this information
begins the process of initiating the service. Filling out the
form of "step 1" takes just 5 minutes. If a member does
not complete "Step 1" after they join this would limit
Social Restored's ability to provide service in regards to Part
1, as Social Restored would have no ability to know which Facebook
account is needing service, so completing "step 1" which
is clearly marked once a member logs into the members area is
critically important to getting the Social Restored service started.
Step 1 is just a short form that a member can complete in 5 minutes
which provides details about the members Facebook account, such
as the Members Facebook account URL, which we require in order
for Social Restored to begin the unlocking service. Social Restored
makes every effort using a wide range of unlocking methods that
they have at their disposal. Social Restored on average will require
at least 4 weeks or more to conduct all the necessary tasks to
complete the unlock in most cases. Except in the case of orders
of the Professional Membership which will be given priority. Depending
on the severity of the Facebook account suspension, results may
vary. Some Facebook accounts can be relatively easy to unlock,
while others it might take longer depending largely on a variety
of factors including but not limited to things like: .including
but not limited to factors such as the country where the suspension
occurred, the type of suspension issued by Facebook, response
times from Facebook support, follow up by the Member to Facebook
staff questions, the complexity of the suspension case, the accuracy
of information provided by the client, and various other relevant
considerations. This applies to both Part 1 and Part 2 of or service
that was previously talked about, as well as applies for each
level of the different Social Restored Memberships available.
Each member is responsible for using all the various tools and
resources available in the Social Restored Members area as supplementary
means to making progress towards the ultimate result of restoring
a members suspended Facebook account.
8. Amendments to Terms
Social Restored reserves the right to update or modify these terms
at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective
immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility
to review these terms periodically for changes.
8. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them
shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the relavent Jurisdiction they are applied in, without regard
to its conflict of law principles.
